We bring together two crafts we love most: specialty coffee and sourdough. Our rare microlot beans from Colombia, Mexico, Brazil, Ethiopia, Rwanda, and beyond are roasted with precision on our Probat P05. Alongside, we bake sourdough the honest way — just flour, water, and salt, naturally fermented over time to create rich, hearty loaves. Together, they form a simple ritual: coffee with soul, bread with character.

Our doors are open every day from 09:00 to 19:00. You're welcome to drop by anytime during those hours for coffee, freshly baked bread, beans, or takeaway.
